We are looking for a Team Lead in the area of e-commerce for a world leading company in software development in Munich with immediate effect.
Your Daily Doing
You take over the agile leadership of our developer team and are responsible for their motivation and performance
You develop concepts, solutions and presentations that support us in achieving our vision
You are in the lead in implementing features and projects in collaboration with your team
You define, monitor and continuously improve our processes
You will perform code reviews and deployments
You will be the first point of contact for our product and marketing team
You are in constant exchange and report to our CTO
What you bring to the table
You work with agile methods like Kanban and Scrum and have experience in leading a team
You have very good knowledge in PHP, HTML, JavaScript and Symfony, frontend framework knowledge in Vue.js, React, or Angular is an advantage
Your experience with Git (GitLab) and CI/CD tools and your understanding of Rest APIs and cloud infrastructures is something you can bring to the table.
You are very confident with database design and database technologies (MySQL)
You are a team player and can motivate an international team (currently 4 DEVs) with social intelligence and lead them to good results
You can manage freelancers and outsourcing projects
You enjoy working independently, looking for creative solutions and always thinking outside the box
You are fluent in written and spoken English and have a basic knowledge of German
